One Bag Trash is a Bangladesh-based hybrid environmental social enterprise combining community action, environmental education, and business solutions to create positive environmental impact. We work with institutions, businesses, and communities to promote responsible waste management and a more sustainable future.
We are the official organizer of The Nippon Foundation SPOGOMI World Cup Bangladesh Qualifier and have experience working with Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) and the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB).

Thank you for visiting. My journey with environment activism started with a simple shock, but it has turned into a lifelong mission
In 2020, I returned to Bangladesh from China during the pandemic. I was shocked by the poor waste management and lack of public awareness. At that time, environmental issues were widely overlooked, nobody seemed to care.
Instead of just waiting for change, I decided to be the change. I picked up a bag and started small, individual cleanups on my own.
Gradually, friends and concerned citizens noticed, caught the spark, and joined in. What began as a lonely personal effort quickly gained momentum and evolved into a powerful, youth-led movement.
On September 5, 2022, One Bag Trash was officially born with a simple mission: “One Bag Trash: clean, anywhere, anytime, and anyone.”
Our grassroots effort took us all the way to the global stage. We partnered with the SPOGOMI Federation and proudly secured 8th place representing Bangladesh at the World Cup in Japan!
But our mission is far from over. Now, we are expanding nationwide. Our goal is to empower students and communities in every division to take action.
